If you’re looking to really maximize your DR Field and Brush Mower’s power, you can upgrade to the Heavy-Duty Brush Blade. It’s thicker and heavier than the Multi-Purpose blade. This extra weight creates greater momentum as the blade spins, which makes it easier and faster to cut through tough, woody material. It also reduces strain to the engine because more of the blade’s momentum comes from the mass of the blade, and less from the energy from the engine.
The Heavy-Duty Brush Blade is also sharp on both sides. This means that when it begins to dull, you can simply flip it around and use the other side of the blade. Fewer sharpenings and more convenience.
